Working with Adam, Chelsey always had a crush but it wasn’t until she quit a year after they met that Adam realized he missed her, asked her out and the two have been inseparable ever since. Adam proposed to Chelsey, right after a workout while she was red and sweaty, which was wonderful timing, according to Chelsey.
With a classic theme, the couple wed at Calamus Estates Winery in an intimate ceremony on their five-year anniversary, September 10, 2011, in front of 30 family and friends. “My absolute favourite moment was when my husband grabbed my hand right after we were pronounced husband and wife and raised it with his like we were the champions!” shared Chelsey.
Chelsey’s favourite detail? The delicious food catered by friends of the family who have the famed food truck El Gastronomo Vagabundo.
